This book is written about rural life, showing honesty, character, compassion, values, and exploits of a young boy and his pet goat. Fun with Gordy and mischievous Jack, his best friend, will entertain the reader.

The author introduces the reader to the Norse mythology of the Thunder God Thor and then weaves the goat’s cart in with the chariots. The reader will also know about the harvesting of crops, pea pods, and efforts to sell farm products at the farmer’s market. A glimpse into a depression-era family and a fine pair of troublemakers.

I have worked in the criminal justice system for over 16 years and I realized that if you truly want to help people, you need to do it from the ground up. From the street. Face to face. I want people to feel my love and heart. I want them to feel that someone cared who didn’t have to. I created the Village-Works art therapy program in 2020 and so far, we have had 10 classes. Classes in 2020 and 2021 were held in Camden, NJ. The mission of Village-Works is to provide free art classes to those in need. I will be providing 12 free art classes in 2022 to be split between Atlantic City and Millville, NJ. My objective is to always provide a voice to the voiceless. Some of the kindest, most intelligent people I have ever met, are those I have met on the street. If only they knew that the love they give me, is much greater than any love I could give them. For that, I will forever be grateful.
